Prior to applying, students are encouraged to meet with an admissions counsellor to receive useful advice on submitting a portfolio and application. After you've decided to attend the CAM, you'll need to choose which program you want to enroll in. Look througheach of our program to discover what you're truly interested in learning more about and what you want to learn more about. You should also select if you want to pursue a career as an Industrial Designer (e.g., product designer, transportation designer, interior designer) or a Communication Designer (e.g., animator, compositor, Special Effects/VFX Artist) to determine which curriculum is suitable for you.
Fill out and submit your completed online registration form with the desired program selected and non-refundable $150 application fee. After your registration form has been reviewed, you will receive an email containing application form details.
You must prepare your application to attend the CAM Institute of Design once you have determined which program you want to enroll for. This decision can feel very daunting, so contact our Admissions Office as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition.
It's time to submit your application for review after you've organized all of your papers and filled out the enrolment form. As evidence of high school completion, or equivalent, submit an official hardcopy of the following documents via post:
We will contact you for a quick interview if your application satisfies the CAM Institute of Design's criteria. Our ideal candidates share our professors' passion and desire to excel in the future of design. The purpose of this interview is to learn more about you and see how well you might fit in at CAM. Following the interview, you will take a brief admission exam to assess your skill set and knowledge with the program you have chosen.
You've completed the task! In your Email, you will find a letter of acceptance asking you to join us at the CAM Institute of Design. You must pay an amount specified in the acceptance letter to reserve your position; this amount will be credited to your tuition fees.
